The Vitória Apartments project, designed by Floret Arquitectura in the historic centre of Viseu, has been featured in METALOCUS, an international architecture magazine, under the title “Balance between Heritage and Contemporary Spaces”.
The publication highlights how the intervention combines the preservation of the building’s historical identity with the creation of contemporary, functional spaces adapted to modern living. This rehabilitation project demonstrates how architectural heritage can be enhanced while respecting its memory and giving it a new lease of life.
