Rather than creating one specific feeling, we want each person, when entering the apartment, to be able to imagine themselves living there and feel that the space could truly become their home.
In a residential development like Lumina, we are designing for people with different lifestyles, needs and expectations. That's why we focused on creating balanced, timeless and, above all, flexible spaces that can accommodate different ways of living.
One example is the kitchen, which can be opened up to the living area, creating a greater sense of connection between the spaces, or closed off when more privacy is needed. We also chose a neutral palette of colours and materials, allowing each resident to bring their own personality and identity into their home.
We paid particular attention to the communal areas, designing more generous, open spaces that enhance the experience of arriving home and living in the building.
Ultimately, we want people to feel a sense of comfort, calm and freedom to make the space their own.
Because we believe a home shouldn't dictate how people live, but rather adapt to the people who live in it.
